The Office of Steve Catania MLA considers sponsorship requests from individuals who live in the Midland electorate and are representing our community at events, programs, competitions or activities at a regional, state, national or international level.

This form is intended for individuals who have been selected, invited or qualified to participate in an activity and are seeking sponsorship assistance to support their participation or travel.

What you will be asked to provide

To enable your request to be properly considered, you will be asked to provide:

• Your personal contact details
• Your connection to the Midland electorate
• Details of the event, program, competition or activity you are participating in
• Information confirming your selection, invitation or eligibility to participate
• Details of the travel involved
• Whether you are able to meet with Steve

Important information

Individual sponsorship support is provided as a standard contribution and is subject to eligibility requirements and availability of funding. Submitting a request does not guarantee that sponsorship will be approved.
