The Office of Steve Catania MLA considers requests for donations and in‑kind support from local organisations that provide a clear benefit to the Midland electorate.

This form is intended for community organisations, sporting clubs, schools, charities and not‑for‑profit groups seeking support for activities, events or initiatives that contribute to community participation, wellbeing or development.

What you will be asked to provide

To enable your request to be properly considered, you will be asked to provide:

• Contact details for the primary applicant
• The name and address of the organisation making the request
• Details of the item, funding or in‑kind support being requested, including the estimated value
• Information about the activity or event and its benefit to the local community
• Whether you are able to acknowledge Steve's support publicly
• Whether you would like Steve to attend your event
